By participating in the Uken Tiki Party 2026 interactive animatronic pirate exhibit (PegLeg Petey the Puppet Pirate) and manually providing your phone number, you agree to these terms.

The Uken Tiki Party 2026 mobile messaging service delivers requested event media (including automated AI-generated audio roasts, video clips, and digital photographs π·β‘) directly to the mobile device of users who interact with our physical animatronic pirate installation.
2. User-Initiated Opt-In ποΈ
Messages are exclusively transactional and are only sent upon direct, human-initiated request. To receive your media, you must verbally opt-in during the exhibit interaction and manually input your mobile phone number into the provided physical keypad console. By entering your number, you certify that it belongs to you and that you consent to receive a one-time SMS or MMS message containing your requested media. We do not send recurring marketing campaigns or spam! π

3. Cost, Message Frequency, and Rates πͺπ
- Cost: We do not charge a fee to receive text messages from this exhibit. It’s free!
- Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier according to your wireless plan. π±
- Frequency: Message frequency varies entirely based on your physical interactions with the exhibit. You will only receive messages that you actively trigger at the console. π
4. How to Opt-Out (Stop) πβοΈ
You can cancel your participation in this messaging transaction at any time. To stop receiving messages, simply text STOP to our sending number. π You will receive a one-time confirmation text verifying that you have been opted out, and no further messages will be sent.
