By participating in the Uken Tiki Party 2026 interactive animatronic pirate exhibit (PegLeg Petey the Puppet Pirate) and manually providing your phone number, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Description 📸
The Uken Tiki Party 2026 mobile messaging service delivers requested event media (including automated AI-generated audio roasts, video clips, and digital photographs 📷⚡) directly to the mobile device of users who interact with our physical animatronic pirate installation.
2. User-Initiated Opt-In 🗝️
Users opt-in in person at our localized event exhibit. At the exhibit, there is clear, printed physical signage that states: ‘Get your pirate roast video or photo booth photo sent to your phone! Enter your mobile number on the keypad to receive a one-time media message. Msg&Data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel.’
The user must verbally consent to the exhibit operator and then manually enter their own phone number into our physical keypad terminal to trigger the message. Consent is strictly one-time and user-initiated.
3. Cost, Message Frequency, and Rates 🪙📊
- Cost: We do not charge a fee to receive text messages from this exhibit. It’s free!
- Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier according to your wireless plan. 📱
- Frequency: Message frequency varies entirely based on your physical interactions with the exhibit. You will only receive messages that you actively trigger at the console. 🌊
4. How to Opt-Out (Stop) 🛑⚔️
You can cancel your participation in this messaging transaction at any time. To stop receiving messages, simply text STOP to our sending number. 🛑 You will receive a one-time confirmation text verifying that you have been opted out, and no further messages will be sent.

If you are experiencing issues with the delivery of your media or have questions about the installation’s messaging program, you can reply HELP for assistance instructions, or contact us through our primary web domain.
6. Carrier Liability 🚢💨
Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
